Robert Glaser Show Details  Founder, Chairman & Interim CEO

Rob Glaser, Founder, Chairman and Interim CEO of RealNetworks, Inc., has long been intrigued with the nexus of media, computing, communication and the Internet. Since founding Real in 1994, Mr. Glaser has played an integral role in the transformation of the Internet into the next great mass medium. In 1995 under Mr. Glaser's direction, Real introduced the groundbreaking RealAudio. Followed by RealVideo, RealPlayer and the systems to distribute audio and video including the Helix technologies, RealNetworks has continued to innovate and bring technologies to market. Additionally in 2000, RealNetworks began offering aggregated premium content online directly to consumers in a subscription service. In 2003, RealNetworks purchased Listen.com and built the Rhapsody music service into the leading music subscription service. With the combination of technology and business systems for monetizing media, RealNetworks and Mr. Glaser are at the forefront of the Internet media revolution. Prior to founding RealNetworks, Inc., Mr. Glaser worked for Microsoft for 10 years in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Multimedia and Consumer Systems. Mr. Glaser has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including his appointment by President Clinton to the Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters. Mr. Glaser is a graduate of Yale University, with a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science.

Tim M. Wan Show Details  Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Tim Wan is the senior executive responsible for global finance operations at RealNetworks. Mr. Wan joined RealNetworks in 2000. Most recently he served as the company's vice president of finance, where he was responsible for budgeting, financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting and accounting. Before joining the finance organization, he served as general manager of business planning for the company's consumer division, helping launch SuperPass as well as its music and games businesses. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Mr. Wan was with JP Morgan Chase as a management development associate and later as a relationship manager in the Private Banking Group. He has a B.A. in economics from University of California, Los Angeles, and a MBA from the University of Southern California.

Max Pellegrini Show Details  President, Mobile Entertainment

Max Pellegrini, President, Mobile Entertainment, joined RealNetworks in 2013. He Oversees the Mobile Entertainment division which delivers ring-back tone and other mobile entertainment services to carriers and device manufacturers worldwide.  Pellegrini is the former Chairman and CEO of Dada.net, which was a leading premium mobile web company in North America. He joined Dada in Italy in 2000, and started the company’s U.S. operation in 2005. In 2011, Dada was acquired by mobile entertainment leader Buongiorno S.p.A, which was in turn acquired by NTT DOCOMO in 2012.

DJ (Dongjin) Lee Show Details  Senior Vice President, Asia SaaS (Software as a Service)

DJ Lee has led the Software as a Service (SasS) business in Asia Pacific since November 2006. One of the founding members of WiderThan, which was acquired by RealNetworks after its spinoff from SK Telecom, Mr. Lee was in charge of operations in the Asia Pacific region, including Korea, India, Northeast Asia, and Southeast Asia as executive vice president. As a leader for the voice technology business team, he led the development and launch of ringback tones in 2002 and the music-on-demand service MelOn in 2004. Prior to joining WiderThan, DJ was employed with SK Telecom from 1995 to June 2000, where he developed consumer retention programs and managed sales promotion activities. DJ started his career as a PR specialist at SK Group in 1989. DJ received his bachelor's degree in mass communications from Yonsei University in Seoul.

Scott Uomoto Show Details  Senior Vice President, Helix, Consumer Sales and Operations

Scott Uomoto is Senior Vice President of Helix, Consumer Sales and Operations for RealNetworks, drawing upon 22 years of industry experience. Mr. Uomoto joined the company more than nine years ago and has had increasing responsibilities managing business operations for the worldwide TPS team and other groups. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Mr. Uomoto held positions at various start-ups including Network Commerce and TechWave. Mr. Uomoto holds an accounting degree from the University of Washington.

Michael Parham Show Details  Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Michael Parham has served as RealNetworks' Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since August 2012, and previously had served as Associate General Counsel since January 2004. Prior to joining RealNetworks in March 2000, Michael was an attorney with IBM, serving as Regional Counsel for IBM's Midwest region in Chicago. He began his legal career with the law firm of Chapman and Cutler in Chicago. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Ed Belsheim Show Details  Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Ed Belsheim, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, joined RealNetworks in 2012. As an experienced business executive and corporate attorney, Ed works with the rest of the senior team on corporate development efforts that support the company’s strategic initiatives. Ed joined RealNetworks after four years in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. From 2000-2007 he served in a variety of senior roles at InfoSpace, including President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.
