Thomas Nielsen Show Details  President & Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Nielsen most recently served as Vice President of the Digital Imaging Group at Adobe Systems, leading the business unit for Adobe's largest product lines, which includes Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Lightroom, in addition to mobile, web and tablet solutions. While at the helm of Adobe's Digital Imaging Group, Nielsen was responsible for over $500 million in revenue. His prior roles at Adobe includes Sr. Director for Consumer and Online applications as well as Director of Engineering for the InDesign and Illustrator applications. Prior to his seven years at Adobe, Nielsen spent five years at Microsoft in the digital media space. Nielsen spent the first nine years of his career at MGI Software Corp., a Canadian software company who pioneered digital imaging and video applications. Nielsen holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Tietgen Business School in Odense, Denmark.

Mike Lunsford Show Details  Executive Vice President

Mike Lunsford, Executive Vice President, joined the company in 2008. Mr. Lunsford oversees the company's carrier services businesses, including Software as a Service and Intercarrier Messaging. He previously served as the chief executive officer of Rhapsody, a RealNetworks joint venture with Viacom. Prior to his time at RealNetworks, Mr. Lunsford served in a number of executive roles at Earthlink, Inc. from 1999 to 2007, including interim CEO, president, and various other executive officer roles. Mr. Lunsford's past experience also includes roles at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Scott, Madden and Associates. Mr. Lunsford has served on the boards of Rhapsody, Helio and Covad.

Tim M. Wan Show Details  Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Tim Wan is the senior executive responsible for global finance operations at RealNetworks. Mr. Wan joined RealNetworks in 2000. Most recently he served as the company's vice president of finance, where he was responsible for budgeting, financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting and accounting. Before joining the finance organization, he served as general manager of business planning for the company's consumer division, helping launch SuperPass as well as its music and games businesses. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Mr. Wan was with JP Morgan Chase as a management development associate and later as a relationship manager in the Private Banking Group. He has a B.A. in economics from University of California, Los Angeles, and a MBA from the University of Southern California.

Judith Bitterli Show Details  Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President

Judith Bitterli is Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, focusing on creating growth strategies for the company and drawing upon 25 years of executive-level marketing and business operations experience. Prior to her appointment to the CMO role, Ms. Bitterli served as a strategic marketing consultant for the company. Before joining RealNetworks, Ms. Bitterli was co-owner of Direct Impact, a marquis direct marketing agency serving clients such as Sony, HP, Best Buy and Logitech. Her past experience also includes roles at Micron Electronics, where she acted as general manager of Internet strategy and vice president of sales and service, and at Softbank, where she was executive vice president in charge of a broad range of sales, marketing and operations functions across Softbank's companies. Ms. Bitterli holds an M.A. in business administration from Webster University and a B.A. from Fayetteville State University, and is a veteran of the United States Army.

Matt Hulett Show Details  Senior Vice President, Games

Matt Hulett is Senior Vice President of the Games division of RealNetworks, overseeing global operations for the digital games business. Matt joined RealNetworks as Chief Revenue Officer for the Games Division in 2009, and assumed the top post of the division in July 2010. Previously, Hulett was the Chief Executive Officer of Mpire, where he continues to serve as Executive Chairman. Before Mpire, Matt was President of the corporate travel division of Expedia, Inc., was a founding partner at AtomFilms, and President of Atom Entertainment. Prior to those positions, Matt was the founding consumer products leader at RealNetworks, and launched many of the company's most successful products, including the RealPlayer and its premium subscription businesses.

DJ (Dongjin) Lee Show Details  Senior Vice President, Asia SaaS (Software as a Service)

DJ Lee has led the Software as a Service (SasS) business in Asia Pacific since November 2006. One of the founding members of WiderThan, which was acquired by RealNetworks after its spinoff from SK Telecom, Mr. Lee was in charge of operations in the Asia Pacific region, including Korea, India, Northeast Asia, and Southeast Asia as executive vice president. As a leader for the voice technology business team, he led the development and launch of ringback tones in 2002 and the music-on-demand service MelOn in 2004. Prior to joining WiderThan, DJ was employed with SK Telecom from 1995 to June 2000, where he developed consumer retention programs and managed sales promotion activities. DJ started his career as a PR specialist at SK Group in 1989. DJ received his bachelor's degree in mass communications from Yonsei University in Seoul.

Vern Poyner Show Details  Senior Vice President, SaaS (Software as a Service)

Vern Poyner is Senior Vice President of the SaaS division of RealNetworks, drawing on 30 years of communications and information technology experience. In this role, Mr. Poyner oversees global sales, product management, service delivery and operations. Mr. Poyner joined RealNetworks in 2006 when the company acquired WiderThan, where he served as executive vice president and CEO for the company's Americas region. Prior to WiderThan, Mr. Poyner held executive roles at Ztango, Call Sciences and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

Scott Uomoto Show Details  Senior Vice President, Helix, Consumer Sales and Operations

Scott Uomoto is Senior Vice President of Helix, Consumer Sales and Operations for RealNetworks, drawing upon 22 years of industry experience. Mr. Uomoto joined the company more than nine years ago and has had increasing responsibilities managing business operations for the worldwide TPS team and other groups. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Mr. Uomoto held positions at various start-ups including Network Commerce and TechWave. Mr. Uomoto holds an accounting degree from the University of Washington.

Robert Gross Show Details  Vice President of New Products

Robert Gross joined RealNetworks as Vice President of New Products in March 2012. Prior to joining RealNetworks he was at Microsoft where he held various leadership roles and prior to that he held executive positions at IBM, Sun Microsystems, Yamaha Music and LucasFilm. In his role, Robert is responsible for emerging products leadership and works closely with development teams and the rest of RealNetworks to ensure the innovation pipeline is full. Robert holds graduate degrees in music theory and composition and was on the staff of several companies where he worked on music and acoustic research, sound and picture editing, as well as audio and video platform products.

Bruce Reisenauer Show Details  Vice President, Technology

Bruce Reisenauer leads the build organizations for the Shared Services Platform and Software as a Service (SaaS) teams. He also directs the operational areas of the Global Infrastructure Operations and IT teams. Mr. Reisenauer has been in the telecommunications industry for 19 years, working in leadership roles both as an employee and a consultant. He's held roles, both operational and strategic, at a long list of companies, including ZTE, Clearwire, Infospace/Mortricity, Terabeam, AT&T Wireless and Mid-Com, in addition to running his own consulting practice. Mr. Reisenauer brings a well-rounded experience base to RealNetworks, having served in the telecommunications sector in the capacities of developer, buyer, implementer and vendor of telecommunications products and services with a wide array of carriers. He attended Washington State University and completed his bachelor's degree in business management at St. Martin's. He is an eight year Veteran of the US Army.

Ayesha Pacholke Show Details  Vice President, Global HR

As Vice President of Global HR, Ayesha Pacholke is the senior executive responsible for global human resources at RealNetworks. Ms. Pacholke rejoined RealNetworks in 2010 after spending a year away on sabbatical and a contract position – she originally joined RealNetworks in 2008. Most recently, she served as the company's senior director of employee engagement, where she was responsible for employee engagement and communications, recruiting and immigration, talent management, mergers and acquisitions (HR side) and other functions across HR. Prior to joining RealNetworks, Ms. Pacholke held HR leadership positions with Washington Mutual, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Sierra On-Line and several technology start-ups. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of New York at Binghamton and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
