Robert Glaser Show Details  Founder and Chairman - RealNetworks, Inc.

Rob Glaser, Founder and Chairman of RealNetworks, Inc., has long been intrigued with the nexus of media, computing, communication and the Internet. Since founding Real in 1994, Mr. Glaser has played an integral role in the transformation of the Internet into the next great mass medium. In 1995 under Mr. Glaser's direction, Real introduced the groundbreaking RealAudio. Followed by RealVideo, RealPlayer and the systems to distribute audio and video including the Helix technologies, RealNetworks has continued to innovate and bring technologies to market. Additionally in 2000, RealNetworks began offering aggregated premium content online directly to consumers in a subscription service. In 2003, RealNetworks purchased Listen.com and built the Rhapsody music service into the leading music subscription service. With the combination of technology and business systems for monetizing media, RealNetworks and Mr. Glaser are at the forefront of the Internet media revolution. Prior to founding RealNetworks, Inc., Mr. Glaser worked for Microsoft for 10 years in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Multimedia and Consumer Systems. Mr. Glaser has served on several non-profit boards and committees, including his appointment by President Clinton to the Advisory Committee on Public Interest Obligations of Digital Television Broadcasters. Mr. Glaser is a graduate of Yale University, with a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science. Chair of the Strategic Transactions Committee

Michael B. Slade Show Details  Co-Founder - Second Avenue Partners

Mr. Slade is a co-founder of Second Avenue Partners, a provider of management, strategy and capital for early stage companies, where he has served as a partner since 2000. From 2005 to October 2006, Mr. Slade served as a Strategic Advisor for RealNetworks. From 2002 to May 2007, Mr. Slade served as a director of aQuantive, Inc., a publicly traded digital marketing service and technology company that was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in May 2007. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Slade served as a consultant and member of the executive team at Apple Inc. From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Slade was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Starwave Corp., a Paul Allen-funded startup that was sold to The Walt Disney Corp. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Slade held various executive and leadership positions with technology companies including Microsoft Corporation, Central Point Software, NeXT Computer, Inc. and Asymetrix Corp. Mr. Slade holds a B.A. in Economics from Colorado College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Thomas Nielsen Show Details  President and Chief Executive Officer - RealNetworks, Inc.

Mr. Nielsen joined the RealNetworks Board of Directors in December 2011 after being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2011. He most recently served as Vice President of the Digital Imaging Group at Adobe Systems, leading the business unit for Adobe's largest product lines, which includes Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Lightroom, in addition to mobile, web and tablet solutions. While at the helm of Adobe's Digital Imaging Group, Mr. Nielsen was responsible for over $500 million in revenue. His prior roles at Adobe includes Sr. Director for Consumer and Online applications as well as Director of Engineering for the InDesign and Illustrator applications. Prior to his seven years at Adobe, Mr. Nielsen spent five years at Microsoft in the digital media space. Mr. Nielsen spent the first nine years of his career at MGI Software Corp., a Canadian software company who pioneered digital imaging and video applications. Mr. Nielsen holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Tietgen Business School in Odense, Denmark.

Eric Benhamou Show Details  CEO and Founder - Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC

Eric Benhamou has been a director of RealNetworks, Inc. since October 2003. He is the CEO and founder of Benhamou Global Ventures, LLC. Benhamou Global Ventures, started in 2003, invests and plays an active role in innovative high tech firms throughout the world. He is an adjunct professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise at INSEAD. He is also a visiting professor at IDC Herzliya's Arison School of Business. He served as chairman of the board of directors of Palm, Inc. from 1999 until 2007 and as chief executive officer of Palm from 2001 until 2003. Benhamou served as chief executive officer of 3Com Corporation from 1990 until 2000 and as chairman of the board of directors until its sale to HP in April 2010. Previously, he held a variety of senior management positions at 3Com. In 1981, Mr. Benhamou co-founded Bridge Communications, an early networking pioneer, and was vice president of engineering until its merger with 3Com in 1987. In 2003, Mr. Benhamou was appointed to the Joint High Level Advisory Panel of the U.S.- Israel Science and Technology Commission by U.S. Commerce Secretary Donald Evans. He currently serves as chairman of the board of Cypress Semiconductor and as a member of the board of RealNetworks, Inc and of Silicon Valley Bancshares. He serves on the board of directors of several privately held companies. He is the chairman of the Israel Venture Network, a venture philanthropy organization for a stronger Israeli society. Mr. Benhamou received a Masters degree from Stanford University's School of Engineering. He also holds a Diplome d'Ingénieur and a doctorate from Arts et Metiers ParisTech. Kalpana Raina has been a director of RealNetworks, Inc. since December 2001. Ms. Raina serves as an Executive Vice President at The Bank of New York. The Bank of New York, a financial holding company, provides a complete range of banking and other financial services to corporations and individuals worldwide. Ms. Raina has responsibility for the Media & Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retailing and the Western Division. Prior to her appointment as Executive Vice President in 1998, Ms. Raina served as Senior Vice President from August 1995 to December 1998, as Vice President from August 1992 to August 1995, as Assistant Vice President from November 1989 to August 1992 and as Assistant Treasurer from November 1988 to November 1989. Prior to joining The Bank of New York, Ms. Raina was employed in the Media Division of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Ms. Raina serves on the Board of the Center for Communications and ADITI: Foundation for the Arts in New York City. Ms. Raina holds a B.A. Honors degree from Panjab University, India and an M.A. degree in English Literature from McMaster University. Janice Roberts Show Details  Managing Director - Mayfield Fund

Elected 2010 Janice Roberts is a Managing Director with Mayfield Fund, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, where she primarily focuses on mobility, wireless communications and consumer industries. Prior to her current position, she held various executive positions at 3Com Corporation, most recently those of President of 3Com Ventures, the investment division of 3Com Corporation, and Senior Vice President, Business Development and Global Marketing. She is actively involved with the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Stanford School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. Dominique Trempont Show Details  Board member
